The views to the Conwy Valley, Conwy Castle and the dramatic North Wales seascape have encouraged and inspired Patsy Tyldesley’s talent in craft, machine embroidery, batik and card making.rings Her prime interest, though, is jewellery and bead-making. And trading as Midas, she produces jewellery to order as part of a truly bespoke service. In her jewellery – tailor-made by hand – the beads, colours and designs of your choice are incorporated into a uniquely personalised item which might be wedding jewellery, tiaras, fashion accessories, Communion jewellery, necklaces, earrings, fascinators, rosaries or any special occasion piece.

Patsy’s natural talent has been augmented via attendances at:

Local college – Coleg Llandrillo Cymru,
Silversmithing workshops run by Stephen O’ Keefe, Burton Manor, Sarah Anderson and Lucy Coppleston
Jewellery workshops with Rachel Mitchell from REM Crafts, Llandudno,
Glasswork with Mike Poole at Tillerman Beads and Kaz at Cheeky Cherub
Silver Clay courses with Tracy.Spurgess at Craftworx

The resulting Midas experience enables you to acquire a truly personalised gift, wedding, Christmas or birthday gift – or perhaps simply a treat for yourself! The wedding, though, is a major event in most lives and here, tiaras can be made with plated or sterling silver or gold fittings, crystal and shell beads or semi precious stones. You can include either your own beads or your choice from the Midas stock which includes semi precious stones, textiles and lamp work beads. Beads are acquired from recognised suppliers or formed in the Midas workshop using flame-worked glass.
