Ring Sizing

It is essential that the correct size is determined.
We can loan a ring sizer for a small, returnable deposit plus P&P.
If your choice is an item from stock, we will be happy to exchange if between sizes J and Q.
Rings made to order cannot be changed. Depending on size we may be able to quote for alteration work. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly sized rings.
Rings can be made in any band thickness on request. Rings with a deep band width will need to be slightly larger than normal.

How to determine your ring size:

Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your finger.
Mark the point where the two ends meet.
Measure the string or paper against a ruler to get the circumference of your finger.
Divide that by 3.14 to get the diameter of your finger.
Look up your ring size using the form above.

Necklaces and Bracelets

Unless you specify otherwise, necklaces are supplied with a 16” chain.
Bracelets: wrist size required or, within the categories of ‘Adult’ and ‘Child’, please specify which standard size is required:- Small: Medium: Large: Extra Large

Postage, Packaging, Delivery etc

Within the UK, postage and packaging is charged at £5.00.

Packaging: recycled products are used whenever possible.
Tiaras are in plastic boxes or sturdy recycled card.
Insurance costs are included for all UK purchases. £1.00 to £4.00 cost for all other countries.

Delivery: Post Office Parcel Post, registered post or courier (subject to additional charge).
If in stock, items may be despatched within 3-4 days.
We strive to despatch ‘made to order’ items within a maximum of 28 days.
Precious metal products requiring hallmarking by the Birmingham Assay Office may be subject to an unavoidable 2-3 week delay.
The importation of special gems may further extend the delivery period.

Magnetic Clasp

Magnetic clasps are also available on most jewellery.

Health and Safety

Magnetic clasps must not be worn if a pacemaker is fitted.
Cake decorations are all set in a plastic cup to avoid contact with the cake.
